Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@projectdahlia.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or provide a solution.
